Issued by Fitzroy Amsterdam, De Monsters created the Lipton Ice Tea Scream Songs Facebook app. The Scream Song app was part of the Lipton Ice Tea advertisement campaign during the European Football Championship 2012. Main character in this campaign is Dutch star player Wesley Sneijder. He calls upon all Dutch football fans who can't visit their favorite team during the tournament to keep their head cool by screaming as loud as they can. The app turns their screams into Scream Songs for a hilarious effect. A lucky few screamers were selected and won a trip to the Ukraine where the Dutch national team played all their group matches.

Creating a Scream Song

Scream as loud as you can, pick a song and watch the magic happen.

Scream into your microphone as loud as you want.

Pick your favorite Dutch football song.

An alghorithm analyzes the scream and combines it with the song you picked. The scream is copied and placed at the right timecodes. During this process the scream pitches are changed, turning it in to a real song.

Instead of making just a song out of your scream, you also get a music video that accompanies your creation. This music video is ready to be shared on Facebook starring you as the lead singer.
